Level 2: ICAT® Team Facilitation
Successfully facilitated a school-based IC Team |
High level of program implementation and SDF documentation for IC Team over a designated period of time, in registered school as documented through ICAT® Tools. |
Level 3: ICAT® Approved Coach
Successfully coached IC case managers under direction of ICAT Resources® |
- Recommendation by own coach as potential to coach others.
- Supervised in first coaching experience.
- Submission and review of coaching activities (i.e., e-mail feedback) by approved IC Team Coordinator and developers. (+ Levels 1 & 2)

Support Role |
Level 4: ICAT® Tech Support Provider
Successfully provide on-site technical support to IC Team Facilitators in Phase I and II of project development |
- Selected to provide on-site technical support by ICAT Resources® based upon facilitation and coaching performance.
- Supervised in delivery of on-site technical support planning and delivery
- Submission and review of technical support plans by developers. (+ Levels 1, 2 & 3)

Level 5: ICAT® Skill Session Leader
Successfully provide on-site skill acquisition sessions to IC Team Facilitators and Buddies |
- Selected to provide skill acquisition training sessions based upon Level 4 performance.
- Supervised in delivery skill acquisition training sessions by ICAT Resources®.
- Submission and review of documentation demonstrating competence in delivery of training.

Level 6: ICAT® Approved Trainer
Successfully provide Introductory overview sessions to IC Team Facilitators and Buddies |
- Selected to provide Introductory overview session based after achieving Levels 1-5 performance.
- Supervised in delivery of the Introductory overview session by ICAT Resources®.
- Submission and review of documentation demonstrating competence in delivery of training.
- Provides training under the direction of a licensed ICAT® agency.
